How your labs are handled

Does my clinician see my labs as soon as I upload them?

No. Uploading keeps a report on your Rebody account. A clinician sees it only when you send it to one of your visits, and you choose which one.

What files can I upload?

Any file up to 5 GB can live in your records, from a Quest PDF to a whole-genome VCF. Clinicians receive PDFs and photos up to 20 MB, so send lab reports as the original PDF.

Which lab providers work?

Quest, Labcorp, Function Health, Superpower, InsideTracker, WHOOP Advanced Labs, your doctor's office, and anyone else who gives you a PDF report. Raw DNA exports from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, and MyHeritage are analyzed on your DNA page.

Can I delete what I upload?

Yes. Delete a record any time and it leaves your account. A copy you already sent to a clinician stays in that visit's chart, the same as any file you give a doctor.
