How to upload your InsideTracker labs

Already have InsideTracker results? You don't need new bloodwork. Download the report and keep it in your Rebody records, then send it to your clinician when you choose.

Upload your labs

Step 1

Download from InsideTracker

  1. Log in to InsideTracker on a computer and open your blood test results.
  2. Download or print the results report to PDF.
  3. Or, if you tested at Quest, log in to MyQuest and download that lab report as a PDF.

What you get: A PDF of your blood test report.

If your draw was at a Quest Diagnostics location, the original lab PDF is also in MyQuest. That file has every marker and range.

Upload a PDF or a clear photo with the test date visible.

Step 2

Upload to Rebody

  1. Sign in to your Rebody account, or create one with your email.
  2. Open Records and choose Upload, or drop the PDF onto the page.
  3. Pick Blood or the type that fits. To have a clinician review it, choose Send to doctor and pick the visit.
Upload your labs

Export steps based on the InsideTracker Support. Menus can move when InsideTracker updates its site.

Export the full Advanced Labs PDF from the WHOOP app, then add it to Records.

Download your official report from Labcorp Patient and add it to Records.

Raw DNA data23andMe

Request your raw data from 23andMe settings, then upload the zip to your DNA page.

Download your raw DNA data from AncestryDNA settings, confirm by email, and upload the zip.

Raw DNA dataMyHeritage

Download your kit from Manage DNA kits on a computer, then upload the zip.
