How Rebody Health Works

Purchasing or selecting a treatment starts a care request; it does not guarantee that a medication will be prescribed. A licensed provider reviews the information you provide and independently determines whether treatment is appropriate. A provider may approve treatment, request more information, recommend a different option, or decline to prescribe.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where Rebody Health and its partners can legally provide the requested service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout, your online visit, support, and care-related workflows.

Rebody Health does not currently serve patients in U.S. territories or outside the United States.

State-Specific Provider Licensure Disclosure

Complete your online visit on the Rebody Health website. Use your Rebody account to access care messages and follow-up requests. Your clinician must be licensed or otherwise authorized to provide care in the state where you are located during the visit.

Clinician assignment depends on your location and provider availability. To request your assigned clinician's name, credentials, license information, or copies of state-specific notices and consent documents, contact support@rebodyhealth.com with questions about provider identity, licensure, or your online visit.

Prescriptions, Compounded Medications, And Pharmacies

Certain services may involve prescription medications only when a licensed provider determines they are appropriate. Compounded medications require a prescription, are prepared by licensed pharmacies, and are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not verify compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed. Outcomes vary.

Rebody Health is not a pharmacy and does not manufacture medications. Prescriptions, when issued, are dispensed by independent licensed U.S. pharmacies or other authorized partners.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the site and services only for yourself and only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law. You may not purchase for someone else, resell any product or medication, provide false information, interfere with the site, misuse promotions, attempt unauthorized access, or use any medication outside the instructions provided by your clinician or pharmacy.

Orders, Pricing, And Availability

Prices, product details, service availability, and eligibility requirements may change. For an existing subscription, we will give advance notice of price changes and other material changes, with cancellation instructions, as required by applicable law. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order or care request when information appears inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete, unavailable, or clinically inappropriate.

Subscriptions, Cancellations, And Care Fees

When you subscribe, you authorize the charge due today and automatic recurring charges to your payment method at the renewal amount and billing interval shown in checkout until you cancel. Any introductory discount applies for the period shown in checkout; later charges use the disclosed renewal price. Prescription fulfillment requires clinician approval.

To stop future charges, cancel before your next billing date. Sign in to your Rebody account, open your plan, and select Cancel plan. You can also email support@rebodyhealth.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds for an order already in progress follow our Refund Policy.

Rebody Health care plans include a $20 consultation fee for the licensed-provider evaluation of your online visit. This fee may appear in checkout, receipts, order records, or partner records as a consultation, medical provider evaluation, visit, or similar care-fee line item.

Health Insurance

Rebody Health is a self-pay service. We do not accept health insurance or bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private health plans. You are responsible for the charges shown in checkout.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

We do not guarantee any health, wellness, weight, metabolic, cosmetic, performance, recovery, longevity, or other outcome. Individual response varies, and any treatment decision should be made with a licensed provider who can review your medical history and circumstances.

Telehealth And Partner Services

Some services may be provided by third-party clinicians, pharmacies, technology vendors, support providers, or fulfillment partners. Those partners may have their own terms, consents, privacy notices, or professional obligations.

Transactional Text Messages

If you enter your mobile number and request a sign-in code, you consent to receive a one-time authentication text from Rebody Health at that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to transactional texts is not a condition of purchase; you can use email instead.

Intellectual Property

The site, brand, copy, design, images, logos, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Rebody Health and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

The site and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebody Health and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the site or services.
