Pharmacy processing is different from ordinary retail shipping. The prescription, patient location, inventory, and state requirements must be confirmed before a shipment can leave the pharmacy.

A licensed U.S. pharmacy ships medication only after a clinician issues a prescription. Contact support promptly if you need to correct the address before fulfillment begins.

Timelines vary by provider review, pharmacy processing, prescription details, inventory, state requirements, and carrier performance. Tracking is provided when the pharmacy or fulfillment partner makes it available.
