This policy explains how shipping works when a licensed provider issues a prescription through Rebody Health and fulfillment is handled by a licensed U.S. pharmacy partner.

Pharmacy processing is different from ordinary retail shipping. The prescription, patient location, inventory, and state requirements must be confirmed before a shipment can leave the pharmacy.
How Medication Ships
Medications ship only after a licensed provider issues a prescription, from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, in discreet packaging.
Shipping Address
Your shipping address is collected during your online visit after checkout, not at payment. Fulfillment happens through the partner pharmacy after provider review, not through a standard ecommerce shipment.
Timelines And Tracking
Timelines vary by provider review, pharmacy processing, prescription details, inventory, state requirements, and carrier performance. Tracking is provided when the pharmacy or fulfillment partner makes it available.
