How to upload your WHOOP Advanced Labs results

Already have WHOOP Advanced Labs results? You don't need new bloodwork. Download the report and keep it in your Rebody records, then send it to your clinician when you choose.

Upload your labs

Step 1

Download from WHOOP Advanced Labs

  1. Open the WHOOP app and go to your Advanced Labs results.
  2. Tap the download icon in the top right of the results screen.
  3. Save the PDF of the full lab report.

What you get: A PDF of the full lab report.

Use the PDF export, not screenshots from the WHOOP app.

PDF export is for tests you took through WHOOP. Results you uploaded to WHOOP yourself export as CSV, so upload the original file you gave WHOOP instead.

Step 2

Upload to Rebody

  1. Sign in to your Rebody account, or create one with your email.
  2. Open Records and choose Upload, or drop the PDF onto the page.
  3. Pick Blood or the type that fits. To have a clinician review it, choose Send to doctor and pick the visit.
Upload your labs

Export steps based on the WHOOP data export options. Menus can move when WHOOP Advanced Labs updates its site.
