Day 1 centers on BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, and MOTS-c.
- BPC-157 free base: favorable, 8 yes / 6 no / 1 abstention
- BPC-157 acetate: favorable, 8 yes / 6 no / 1 abstention
- KPV: favorable committee recommendation
- TB-500: favorable, 8 yes / 6 no / 1 abstention
- MOTS-c: result tracked on the live board
The first three peptides produced a powerful run of favorable results for the 503A Bulks List.
July 24 PCAC peptide schedule
The July 24 meeting starts at 8 a.m. Eastern and covers:
- Emideltide, also called delta sleep-inducing peptide or DSIP
- Epitalon
- Semax
Each peptide has a free-base question and an acetate question.
PCAC peptide testimony that defined Day 1
Dr. Alex Tatem presented aggregated real-world data covering more than 16 million doses of BPC-157. Seven complaints were identified, with no clear attributable adverse safety signal.
During the TB-500 hearing, he also presented data covering nearly 190,000 TB-500-containing vials, seven complaints, one involving standalone TB-500, and none serious.
