When hair starts changing

The part looks wider. The shower drain looks busier. You want to know what changed.

Hair thinning can begin at the follicle, the scalp, or somewhere else in the body. Copper peptides interact with dermal-papilla and tissue-remodeling biology. In isolated human follicles, the copper tripeptide AHK-Cu increased follicle elongation.

Human hair follicles

AHK-Cu increased follicle elongation in the lab.

In a 2007 study of isolated human hair follicles, the copper tripeptide AHK-Cu increased follicle elongation and stimulated dermal-papilla-cell proliferation. AHK-Cu and GHK-Cu are closely related copper-binding tripeptides.

Hair results

Slow progress becomes visible progress.

I have used the GHK-Cu hair solution for a little over 3 months. Nothing really happened at first and I almost gave up, but my weekly pictures are finally showing small hairs around my temples and my part looks a little better. It is easy to apply and hasn't caused any problems for me.

Takes time but I am seeing resultsVerified customer · Fuller-looking hairline and partJust over 3 months

I took pictures because it is hard to tell looking in the mirror every day. At four months on the GHK-Cu hair solution, my barber asked what I was using because the crown looked denser. It is not completely filled in but there is definitely less scalp showing in pictures from above.

Finally seeing progressVerified customer · Denser-looking crown4 months

I knew I would need to be patient with the GHK-Cu hair solution, and I'm glad I was. At my last appointment my barber stopped halfway through and asked if I had started something because my crown looked fuller. Finally, somebody else saw it too! The solution is easy to apply, has not irritated my scalp and the refills have arrived on time.
