The biology
In cell and tissue studies, GHK-Cu increased fibroblast activity. Fibroblasts produce and remodel the collagen, elastin, and extracellular matrix that give skin its density and spring.
From peptide to skin structure

GHK is the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine. Bound to Cu²⁺, it forms the blue copper complex known as GHK-Cu.
In cell and tissue studies, GHK-Cu increased fibroblast activity and the production of collagen, elastin, and other matrix components.

Skin results
