Labs-first prescribing

Bloodwork included and coordinated by Rebody.

LH, FSH, total testosterone, and SHBG, read before your strength is set. LH and FSH say whether the loop enclomiphene pushes on is still answering. Total testosterone and SHBG say what is circulating and how much of it your tissues can use. Recent bloodwork usually works when it covers those markers. Otherwise Rebody orders the draw and your provider reads the results.

  • LHIs your pituitary still sending the signal enclomiphene amplifies?
  • FSHIs the sperm side of that same loop still being driven?
  • Total testosteroneWhere does the number sit before anything is prescribed?
  • SHBGHow much of that testosterone can your tissues actually use?

Why enclomiphene

Raise it. Don’t replace it.

01

The testosterone is testosterone you made

Enclomiphene blocks estrogen receptors in the brain, so the pituitary keeps sending LH and FSH. Your testes answer them. Nothing is added from outside.

02

Total testosterone back into the normal range

A randomized Phase II trial of enclomiphene citrate in men with low testosterone measured exactly that (Wiehle 2014).

03

Maintains fertility potential

The same trial measured sperm concentration maintained on enclomiphene and suppressed on topical testosterone gel. Testosterone replacement did the opposite. Say your fertility plans out loud in your visit.

04

Ninety capsules in the bottle

No needles, no gels, no pellets. Your clinician sets how you take it, and the directions are printed on your label.

Verified results

Your own testosterone, back at work.

Enclomiphene works through your own LH and FSH signal, so the testosterone is yours and the production loop stays active. In a Phase II trial, sperm concentration was maintained.

Enclomiphene or TRT?

Both routes raise the number. Only one of them leaves the system that produced it running. Five rows, then pick.

Rebody prescribes enclomiphene and does not prescribe testosterone replacement, so the right column describes the category rather than a Rebody product. Sperm and testosterone findings come from Wiehle 2014 and Kaminetsky 2013, cited below.

What changed, in their words.

Back in the gym

“I am about three months into the enclomiphene program. My afternoons are better, I am back in the gym and my sex drive has improved. My Rebody clinician has been easy to reach and explained when I needed to do my next labs.”

My wife noticed first

“I was not sure the enclomiphene was doing much until my wife pointed out that I had stopped falling asleep on the couch after dinner and seemed more engaged. I have started lifting again too. Rebody sends the lab reminders before I think to look for them, and my last refill question was answered that afternoon.”

I feel like myself again

“Before enclomiphene, I spent a long time feeling tired, unmotivated and not like myself, and kept blaming age and work. My clinician listened, explained my labs clearly and gave me a plan that has made a huge difference. I am training again, have energy for my family after work and my confidence is back. The care team has also been there every time I have needed them.”

Enclomiphene capsules

What it costs, and who sets your dose.

What comes out of your account, what bloodwork costs you, and who decides the milligrams on your label.

How does enclomiphene raise testosterone?

Enclomiphene blocks estrogen receptors in the brain. The pituitary reads that as a signal to send more LH and FSH to the testes, and those are the hormones that drive your own testosterone production. In clinical studies it raised total testosterone into the normal range while sperm concentration was maintained.

What strength and supply will I receive?

Rebody offers enclomiphene citrate capsules at 12.5 mg and 25 mg. Each shipment contains 90 capsules. Your provider sets the strength, schedule, and supply on your prescription label.

How is this different from TRT?

TRT adds testosterone from outside the body, which can shut down your own production and suppress sperm counts. Enclomiphene works through your own LH and FSH loop, so production stays yours. Your provider helps you decide which one fits your labs, history, and goals.

Is the bloodwork included, or do I pay for it separately?

It is included, and Rebody coordinates it. LH, FSH, total testosterone, and SHBG let a provider read whether your own production loop is still active. Recent bloodwork can often be used when it includes those markers. Otherwise the draw is arranged for you.

What does the price include?

Bloodwork, your online visit with a licensed provider, the medication when prescribed, and free discreet shipping. There is no separate consult fee and no shipping fee on top. Each shipment contains 90 capsules, and your clinician sets the supply.

Can I pay with an FSA or HSA card?

Yes. FSA and HSA cards are accepted at checkout. You can also pause or cancel before your next processing date and nothing further is charged.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. A licensed provider reviews your online health visit and your labs, then decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate. A licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy fills and ships the medication only when prescribed.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

How do I get started with enclomiphene at Rebody Health?

Enclomiphene starts with your own labs (LH, FSH, testosterone). Complete a short online visit sharing your symptoms, lab results, and health history. A licensed provider reviews everything before any prescription decision.

How does enclomiphene work?

Enclomiphene is a daily capsule that works through your own LH/FSH signaling to raise testosterone, instead of replacing testosterone from outside. It supports your body's natural hormone production.

How much does enclomiphene cost per month?

Every product page lists its monthly price up front. The price covers the medication, the provider visit, shipping, and ongoing care messaging. There is no separate consult fee.

Do I need labs before starting enclomiphene?

Yes. Enclomiphene starts with your own labs including LH, FSH, and testosterone levels. Your provider reviews these along with your symptoms and health history to determine if treatment is appropriate.

Can enclomiphene replace TRT?

Enclomiphene raises your own testosterone through LH/FSH signaling rather than replacing it from outside. Whether it is right for you depends on your labs, symptoms, and provider assessment. Talk to your provider about the trade-offs.
