If you've already tried things
Your labs came back fine and you still feel flat.
Bring whatever you have. I'll read it with you and say what I think got missed.
Free discovery call
I’m Nick. I run Rebody. I’m not a doctor, and I don’t prescribe. If you’re trying to work out where to start with peptides, GLP-1s, hormones, or a set of lab results you don’t fully understand, book a call and we’ll talk it through. I’ll tell you what I’d research first, what I’d leave alone, and when you need a licensed clinician.

Why I do these
I read the trials and I talk to the pharmacies, so I have a decent sense of which claims hold up and which ones got copied off a forum post in 2019 and never questioned since. Ten minutes with somebody who has already done that reading will save you a few months of guessing.
If you've already tried things
Bring whatever you have. I'll read it with you and say what I think got missed.
If you haven't started
Sleep, weight, hormones, recovery. I'll say which one I'd deal with first, and why the rest can wait a few months.
Either way
What I'd look at, roughly in what order, and what I'd skip. Two paragraphs. Not a report.
What I usually find
Bad sleep will flatten your energy no matter what you inject. Low testosterone makes a cut miserable. Change five things in one month and you’ll never learn which one worked, so you keep paying for all five forever. Doing one thing at a time is slower and it works.
Book 10 minutesA good number of these calls end with me telling someone to cancel something.
Who you’re talking to
Nick LocascioAI engineer and founder, Rebody Health
Before Rebody, I spent my career building AI products at Fitbit, Pinterest, Standard Cognition, and DoorDash. I also co-founded a Y Combinator-backed generative AI company.
Rebody started because my own health became the hardest system I had ever tried to understand. I exercised, ate well, and looked healthy. I was also exhausted. Sometimes I slept for 14 hours and woke up tired. I had brain fog, bloating, poor recovery, and a face that would visibly swell.
Deeper testing found Hashimoto’s, extremely high thyroid antibodies, very low morning cortisol, EBV reactivation, gut dysbiosis, food allergies, nutrient deficiencies, and a concerning lipoprotein profile. The usual medical process had never connected those results.
I treated it like an engineering problem. I logged everything, mapped the relationships, changed specific inputs, and retested. Over time, I got my energy back, improved many of the biomarkers, and ran a half marathon.
It took an unreasonable amount of research, spreadsheets, lab interpretation, and trial and error. Understanding your own health should not require an AI engineer turning his body into a full-time data project. That realization became Rebody.
On a call I mostly listen for the first few minutes. Then I tell you where I’d start and what I’d leave alone for now.
Book 10 minutes with meHow it goes
Grab a slot and write me two lines about what's going on. That's the whole form.
Video or phone, whichever you'd rather. Bring labs if you have them. Plenty of people don't.
Short. What I'd look at first, what I'd hold off on, and anything I want to go check for you.
If something fits, a U.S.-licensed clinician reviews a full intake and makes the prescribing call. I don't.

What people bring
Book it
Ten minutes, free, no card. If you get on the call and it turns out I can’t help you, I’ll say that too, and you’ll have spent a coffee break finding out.
Booking
Pick a time on Cal.com. It opens in a new tab and takes about thirty seconds.
See available timesNick is not a doctor or prescriber. A discovery call is not a medical appointment. Licensed Rebody clinicians handle diagnosis and prescribing through a separate clinical process.
Yes. No card, no membership, nothing to cancel. Book it, take it, decide later.
Ten minutes. That's enough to work out what matters most. If we need longer, we'll set that up afterwards.
No. I'm not your prescriber. If a treatment makes sense for you, a U.S.-licensed clinician reviews a full medical intake and makes that decision independently.
No. If you've had bloodwork recently, bring it and I'll read it with you. If you haven't, I'll tell you which panels are worth the money.
Bring it anyway. I'm perfectly happy to tell you it looks good and you should keep going.
I'll say so early. No point in you filling out an intake that goes nowhere.
Ten minutes with me, and you’ll know where to start. That seems like a reasonable trade.
