Stronger orgasms and more contentment after sex
In a placebo-controlled study of 29 couples, intranasal oxytocin raised the intensity of orgasm and contentment after sex, most clearly in men. Women reported feeling more relaxed. Desire and arousal scores did not change.

How do I take an oxytocin troche?
A mini troche dissolves in your mouth. Your clinician sets the timing and how often you use it, and prints them on your prescription label. Keep the jar refrigerated.
How is oxytocin different from PT-141?
PT-141 acts on desire and arousal at the brain's melanocortin receptors. Oxytocin is the hormone of touch and closeness. In the 2014 couples study it raised orgasm intensity and contentment after sex, and it did not change desire scores. If you want both, the PT-141 + oxytocin tablet carries the two together.

Important safety information
What a provider needs to know before prescribing.
Oxytocin can make the uterus contract, so do not use the troche if you are or could be pregnant. Tell your provider your blood pressure, your heart history, any seizure history, every medicine and supplement you take, and whether you are breastfeeding.
Headache, nausea, temporary changes in blood pressure or heart rate, and mood changes are the side effects most often listed for oxytocin. Drinking large amounts of water while using it can lower blood sodium. Get urgent care for hives, swelling, trouble breathing, chest pain, confusion, or fainting.
FDA-approved oxytocin is an injection used in labor and delivery. Rebody's troche is a compounded prescription medication. It is a different product and it does not carry that approval or that indication.
