Human exercise study

Muscle and serum rose after one cycling session.

Researchers measured endogenous MOTS-c in 10 young men before and after stationary-bike exercise. The peptide increased in skeletal muscle and serum. This was a study of the body's own MOTS-c, not a treatment trial.
