Human fMRI study
24 adults. Three scans. A measurable network change.
Fourteen adults received intranasal Semax and ten received placebo. Researchers scanned before dosing, then 5 and 20 minutes later, and reported a difference in the rostral default mode network. The endpoint was brain-network activity.
