Which format should I choose?
The injection carries the highest prescribed dose and is stored in the refrigerator. The nasal spray is a metered 100 mcg dose at room temperature. The sublingual troche is 600 mcg and needs no syringe and no spray. Pick the routine you will keep and your provider confirms it.
Can I switch format later?

Is Sermorelin the same as HGH?
No. HGH supplies growth hormone from outside the body. Sermorelin is a growth hormone-releasing hormone analog that signals the pituitary gland to release the growth hormone you already make.
What does the research actually show?
Human trials of GHRH analogs used injected or intravenous models and showed changes in growth-hormone axis measures in selected groups. Khorram 1997 and Vittone 1997 reported IGF-1 and GH-axis changes in older adults, and Mathias 2007 studied GHRH dosing in adults. No human trial has tested Rebody's finished nasal spray or troche.
I compete in a tested sport. Can I use this?
Sermorelin is prohibited for tested athletes under the current WADA prohibited list. If you compete under anti-doping rules, check with your sport's authority before you start and tell your provider in your visit.
